Plate washer

The plate washer is a medical device developed by Yantai Zhigong Bio, primarily used for washing enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates during the ELISA assay process. It is designed to be used in conjunction with our company’s ELISA analyzers. Its main function is to remove residual substances remaining on the ELISA plates after testing, thereby minimizing measurement errors caused by such residues in subsequent assays.

  Working principle

Positive and negative air pressure generated by the pump is introduced into the wash solution bottle and the waste liquid bottle, creating pressure or a vacuum inside. This enables the rinsing head to perform aspiration and injection functions, resulting in minimal residual liquid and ensuring safe, reliable operation.

Intended Use

Used for washing laboratory sample plates.

It features a vertical 8/12‑pin dual‑row needle‑type washing head, capable of performing single‑well, multi‑row, and full‑plate 96‑well plate washing. It is compatible with standard flat‑bottom, V‑bottom, and U‑bottom 96‑well plates, supports storage of 200 wash programs and 20 plate‑type parameters, and offers both center‑wash and two‑point aspiration wash modes. The instrument is equipped with a 5.6‑inch industrial‑grade color LCD display and touch‑screen operation, providing functions for program storage, recall, modification, and deletion.
